Key Responsibilities Lead the creation, implementation, and continuous development of Group-wide strategies covering information technologies, information systems, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and artificial intelligence. Position technology not only as a support function but also as a strategic lever that creates business value and supports the development of new business and revenue models through digital products and platforms. Ensure that the technology function operates in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives while supporting innovation, efficiency, and scalable solutions. Provide strategic guidance to senior management regarding technology investments, cybersecurity risks, digital transformation opportunities, and the business impact of next-generation technologies. Position and manage the technology organization with an internal service provider approach. Manage all IT/Technology services through measurable SLA, KPI, and performance metrics while establishing a customer-supplier model with business units to continuously improve service quality and satisfaction. Oversee the governance, continuity, and development of ERP, MRP, CRM, and other enterprise applications. Manage the entire technology project portfolio in alignment with strategic priorities and business objectives. Coordinate with the Transformation Office on project feasibility, classification, and prioritization processes, ensuring that technology investments are guided by business value, impact, risk, and resource optimization criteria. Ensure accurate analysis of business processes and translate business needs into effective technology solutions, particularly across manufacturing, supply chain, retail operations, and support functions. Establish and expand the corporate data governance model, ensuring data quality, data integrity, and a single data architecture while strengthening a data-driven decision-making culture across the organization. Leverage data, automation, and artificial intelligence capabilities to accelerate digitalization and implement technology opportunities that create business value. Lead the preparation, management, and continuous optimization of the technology budget. Measure the return on investment (ROI) of technology investments and provide regular reporting to senior management. Ensure corporate assurance in cybersecurity, data protection, business continuity, and technology risk management. Ensure full compliance with KVKK, ISO 27001, and other relevant regulations while managing corporate risk management processes. Build, develop, and lead high-performing technology teams that support operational excellence. What We Are Looking For Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 15 years of experience in information technologies, digital transformation, enterprise applications, and technology organization management. Proven experience in developing and implementing technology strategies within large-scale organizations. Strong background in ERP systems, manufacturing systems, and enterprise business applications. Experience in artificial intelligence, data and analytics, integration architectures, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity. Strong competency in IT governance, IT service management, service continuity, operations management, and process maturity. Experience in technology budget management and the financial management of technology investments. Experience within textile, apparel, or retail sectors, with a strong understanding of the technology needs of manufacturing, supply chain, retail operations, and omnichannel business models. Strong leadership, team development, change management, and stakeholder management capabilities. Professional proficiency in English. Knowledge of enterprise application environments developed with .NET Core-based backend architectures and the ability to provide technical governance in environments utilizing data access technologies such as Dapper. Experience with PostgreSQL-focused database environments and Microsoft SQL Server platforms, including design, performance, optimization, and sustainability. Knowledge of application architectures developed using modern frontend technologies such as Vue.js. Experience managing server infrastructure, virtualization environments, network infrastructure, and end-user support operations. Knowledge of cybersecurity, data protection, and information security policy development and implementation. Experience with project and product management through Jira, source code management through Bitbucket, and CI/CD processes. Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), DevOps approaches, and Agile methodologies. Strong understanding of IT governance, IT service management, and process maturity approaches based on ITIL and COBIT frameworks.
