We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Specialist to support our growing organization by leading recruitment efforts and managing day-to-day HR operations while fostering a positive and productive workplace. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources. Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Strong knowledge of employee relations and internal HR operations. Fluent Turkish (spoken and written). Good command of English (spoken and written). Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding new employees. Handle employee relations and support day-to-day HR operations. Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Assist with HR policies, procedures, and internal communications. Help create a positive, compliant, and engaging work environment.
