This role is ideal for someone who combines visual design, content creation, video production, storytelling, and generative AI expertise to deliver high-impact communications across internal and external channels. What You'll Do Design engaging visual content for corporate communications, employer branding, social media, campaigns, events, and leadership communications. Create presentations, infographics, digital assets, videos, motion graphics, and branded communication materials. Transform complex business messages into compelling visual stories. Produce and edit video content for multiple channels and audiences. Leverage AI tools to accelerate and enhance design, content, and video production workflows. Identify and implement new AI-powered creative solutions that improve speed, quality, and efficiency. What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in visual communication, digital design, content creation, or creative production. Strong portfolio showcasing brand communications, social media campaigns, video production, motion graphics, and storytelling. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Figma. Hands-on experience with generative AI tools for design, content, and video creation. Strong visual storytelling skills, creativity, business acumen, and a passion for emerging technologies.
