App Growth Specialist (AI Native • Remote)

About the job We're building how the next generation of app marketers will work. OtherWayAround sits at the intersection of mobile marketing and AI. We build OWA.ai, an Autonomous Growth Stack purpose-built for mobile growth. It powers our own client work today, and we're launching it to the wider app world soon. This role is not a typical growth seat. You won't spend your days inside dashboards pulling numbers or stitching reports together. The agents do that. Your job is to think, to direct, to challenge, and to shape how growth actually gets done. You'll work alongside our Autonomous Growth Stack the way a senior operator works with a sharp team: setting direction, refining outputs, and turning raw signal into strategy clients can feel. What you'll do • Own full-funnel growth for a portfolio of app clients, from awareness through acquisition, activation, and monetization. You'll think about the whole journey, not just one channel. • Direct paid acquisition with Meta as your primary channel, owning campaign strategy, structure, and optimization end to end, while extending into TikTok and Google Ads when the strategy calls for it. • Run client meetings and weekly reviews through OWA.ai. Pull analytics, generate insights, and build the narrative inside the platform instead of assembling slides by hand. • Use OWA.ai's Autonomous Growth Stack to investigate competitor creatives, keyword opportunities, benchmarks, and market shifts. Share chat links with clients as a living artifact of your thinking. • Take ownership of one or more AI agents. Learn how they work, push them to their limits, give structured feedback, and help shape what they become. • Brief and review creative work using AI-generated creative intelligence as your starting point. • Build the kind of client relationships where you're a strategic partner, not a status updater. What we're looking for • 2+ years in mobile marketing with hands-on experience across both organic and paid growth. • Deep, hands-on Meta Ads experience is essential. You've built, scaled, and optimized app campaigns (App Promotion / Advantage+) yourself, understand the auction and signal dynamics, and can diagnose performance from the ground up. Experience with TikTok and Google Ads is a strong plus. • Comfort working across App Store Connect, Google Play Console, and the Apple Search Ads dashboard. • Working knowledge of MMPs (Adjust, AppsFlyer, Branch) and subscription platforms (RevenueCat, Adapty). • Strong analytical instinct. You can look at raw data and find the story inside it. • Genuine curiosity about AI. You don't just want to use the tools, you want to influence them. • Strong written and spoken English.
