Finance and Accounting Director

Servet is looking for an experienced Finance and Accounting Director to lead its Finance and Accounting functions and play a key role in building a scalable, well-governed finance organization that supports the company's next stage of growth. This role is ideal for a leader who enjoys building systems, improving processes, and turning financial data into meaningful business insights. Beyond overseeing day-to-day finance operations, you will help establish the structures, controls, and reporting standards that enable better decisions across the organization. Key Responsibilities Lead all Finance & Accounting activities, including accounting, tax, treasury, budgeting, cash flow, financial reporting, and statutory compliance. Lead annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, scenario analysis, and long-term financial planning. Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and partner with business leaders to drive corrective actions. Develop management reporting, financial models, profitability analyses, and decision-support tools for senior management. Strengthen the company's cost accounting structure, including product costing, inventory valuation, production variances, waste, direct labour, and overhead allocation. Support senior management in investment evaluations, pricing decisions, and strategic business planning. Lead IFRS reporting processes and coordinate external audit activities. Establish and continuously improve finance policies, internal controls, reporting standards, and governance practices. Lead the optimization and digitalization of Finance & Accounting processes within the Odoo ERP environment. Collaborate closely with Operations, Production, Procurement, Logistics, and Sales to improve financial and operational performance. Lead, coach, and develop a Finance & Accounting team. Required Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong expertise in accounting, tax, treasury, budgeting, financial planning, management reporting, and financial analysis. Hands-on experience with cost accounting in a manufacturing environment. Experience with IFRS reporting and external audit processes. Experience improving or establishing finance and accounting processes. ERP experience (Odoo, SAP, Logo, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar). Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills. Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred SMMM / CPA qualification. Experience in FMCG, food production, manufacturing, or retail. Experience managing both Finance and Accounting functions within the same organization. Experience working in a multi-company/group structure. Experience leading ERP implementation or finance transformation projects.
