Patient Journey Manager

We are looking for a 'Patient Journey Manager' for our partner operating in pharmaceutical industry. The Patient Journey Manager will focus on how patients move through the healthcare system from A-Z, identifies barriers that prevent patients from receiving optimal care and coordinates cross-functional efforts to improve diagnosis, referral, access, treatment and adherence. Key Responsibilities: Mapping the Patient Journey for assigned Disease Areas from A-Z. Market Size Estimation & Patient Funnel Development. Analysis of Patient Journey & Identification of Barriers. Develop, Co-Ordinate & Lead Patient Journey Solutions and Programs. Submission of Product Supply Forecasts. Preparation of Financial Forecasts & Long-Range Plans. P&L Management of Assigned Products. Co-creation of Access & Pricing Strategies. Internal & External Stakeholder Management & Cross Functional Collaboration. Develop and Maintain Strong Work Relationships with KOLs. Achieving Individual Objectives & Company Strategic Objectives. Support Principal Companies & Align on work plan Strategy & Tactics. Insights generation and reporting to Senior Management. Preparation of Relative Business Cases. Community Engagement Programs Development and Execution. Diagnostics & Disease Awareness Projects. Performance & Process Management & Optimization. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in a Medical Filed [Medicine, Pharmacy, … etc.] Minimum of 10 Years Experience in Pharmaceutical Industry; Experience in Rare Disease or Specialty Care is an add on. Minimum of 3 Years Experience in a Managerial Role. Microsoft Office [Excel, Word & PowerPoint …etc.] Experience working with AI & Data Analytics Tools is an add on. Language Fluency in written and spoken Turkish & English.
