Patient Coordinator Papatya Dental Clinic Turkey is looking for a professional, organised, and patient-focused Patient Coordinator to join our team in Antalya. The Patient Coordinator will be responsible for supporting international patients throughout their time at the clinic and ensuring that all stages of their clinical journey are organised smoothly and professionally. Responsibilities Welcoming and assisting international patients at the clinic Coordinating patients’ daily schedules, appointments, and treatment processes Ensuring smooth communication between patients, dentists, medical teams, and relevant departments Following patients throughout their treatment journey within the clinic Organising treatment-related appointments and internal clinic processes Providing patients with clear information regarding their daily treatment schedule Supporting patients with their needs during their time at the clinic Monitoring treatment progress and ensuring that necessary internal follow-ups are completed Maintaining accurate patient records and updating relevant information in the system Helping ensure a comfortable, organised, and professional patient experience Requirements Strong English communication skills Professional and confident communication style Excellent organisational and follow-up skills Patient-focused and solution-oriented approach Ability to manage multiple patients and schedules efficiently Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment Previous experience in dental clinics, healthcare, medical tourism, or patient coordination is preferred Knowledge of an additional foreign language is preferred What We Offer A professional and international working environment The opportunity to work with patients from different countries Training and professional development opportunities Career growth within a growing international dental clinic Location: Antalya, Turkey Position: Full-Time If you are organised, attentive, and passionate about providing an excellent patient experience, we would be happy to hear from you.
