Döhler Türkiye is looking for a "Financial Controller" to be employed in our Istanbul Office with the following qualifications; Your Role Responsible for Controlling activities, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring accurate financial data. Prepare and manage Month-End Reporting, ensuring timely and accurate financial closing and reporting. Prepare and update Weekly Forecasts using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) to monitor financial performance and support business planning. Prepare and maintain Weekly Forecasts using Excel, ensuring accurate financial projections and variance analysis. Prepare and monitor Cash Flow Forecasts to support liquidity management and financial planning. Coordinate and support the Budget preparation process, including budget monitoring and variance analysis. Conduct Monthly P&L Reviews, analyzing financial results against budget and forecast and identifying key variances. Prepare Monthly Reports, Management Comments, and Finance Updates, providing financial insights to support business decisions. Your Profile Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a closely related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in financial controlling, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), or a similar finance role. Good knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis. Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and advanced MS Excel skills are preferred. Good command of written and spoken English. Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills. Confident in financial reporting, variance analysis, and data interpretation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. High level of accuracy, attention to detail, accountability, and adaptability. A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
