What You’ll Do? Law degree from a reputable university, Minimum 15 years of professional experience (preferably in construction, energy, or large-scale project sectors), Knowledge of contract types used in construction projects and tender regulations, Experience in commercial law, obligations law, and labor law, Proficient in MS Office applications, Fluency in English (able to use effectively in daily business and contract negotiations) is essential, Knowledge of French is a plus, Strong analytical thinking, negotiation, and communication skills, Willingness to travel and take on assignments abroad (such as in Africa, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, etc.). What We Expect from You? Preparation, review, and negotiation of legal documents related to FIDIC contracts worth $1 billion and above (main contract, subcontract, procurement, etc.), Providing legal consultancy on all company legal processes, Legal support during domestic and international tender processes, Management of lawsuits and enforcement proceedings involving the company, and coordination with domestic and international law firms, Monitoring of legal regulations and industry-specific developments, and informing the management team accordingly, Developing proactive legal strategies to prevent legal risks in the areas of labor law, commercial law, and law of obligations.
