We are looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven professional to join the team as a Participant & Stakeholder Engagement Expert in Istanbul. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with member organizations and key stakeholders. Identify and engage prospective member companies. Manage membership processes from initial contact through onboarding and ongoing engagement. Understand member needs and support their participation in programs, events, and initiatives. Conduct research on potential partners, members, and engagement opportunities. Support the planning and execution of events, workshops, and stakeholder meetings. Utilize CRM and digital engagement tools to manage relationships and track activities. Represent the organization in meetings, events, and relevant business platforms. Contribute to stakeholder engagement, partnership development, and growth objectives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, Communications, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in stakeholder management, account management, client relations, membership engagement, or a similar role. Strong interest in sustainability, responsible business practices, and stakeholder engagement. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Turkish. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce is an advantage. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel when required.
