What You’ll Do Partner with business leaders to understand workforce plans and translate them into hiring and sourcing priorities, with a focus on critical and future capabilities. Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from understanding business needs and sourcing candidates to assessment, selection, offer management, and onboarding coordination. Monitor labor market trends, competitor activity, talent availability, and emerging skill sets to provide market insights and strengthen talent acquisition strategies. Proactively identify, engage, and nurture high-quality and diverse talent pools, building sustainable pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Apply effective assessment and selection methodologies to ensure alignment between business requirements, candidate capabilities, and future potential Deliver an engaging, inclusive, and candidate-centric recruitment experience that strengthens our employer brand. Build and maintain relationships with universities, professional associations, and external talent networks to attract top talent. Leverage recruitment metrics, analytics, and market insights to improve hiring quality, effectiveness, efficiency, and candidate experience. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize recruitment processes and increase overall organizational talent density. What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone with: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field +5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably within a corporate or multinational environment Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes Strong sourcing skills and ability to build talent pipelines Ability to understand business priorities and translate them into talent solutions Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities Analytical mindset and confidence in working with recruitment metrics and market data Strong communication, interviewing and assessment skills A proactive, collaborative and candidate-centric approach Fluent English, both written and spoken.
