Project Manager – Ground Up Construction Stamford, CT Up to $190,000 Base Salary + Bonus + Benefits A well-established General Contractor based in Stamford, CT is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee ground up commercial construction projects across the Tri-State area. This is an opportunity to join a growing contractor with a strong pipeline of work and long-standing relationships across retail, mixed-use, commercial, and institutional sectors. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering projects from preconstruction through closeout and be comfortable managing multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments. Responsibilities: Manage ground up construction projects from award through completion Oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships Lead coordination with field teams, architects, engineers, and ownership groups Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget Support preconstruction and buyout activities where required Requirements: 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor Proven experience delivering ground up construction projects Strong understanding of commercial construction processes and sequencing Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously Excellent communication and leadership skills Compensation: Base salary up to $190,000 Bonus structure Healthcare benefits PTO 401(k)
