Information Technology Engineer

We are looking for a skilled System Administrator / IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our IT team and take responsibility for the management, maintenance, and improvement of our enterprise IT infrastructure. To reach our goal, we are looking for the best talent within the scope of the job description below; Key Responsibilities Notebook/laptop setup and deployment User account management and administration End-user IT support IT inventory management Virtual machine administration Server administration and maintenance Data center / server room management Required Qualifications & Skills Strong foundational knowledge of networking Advanced expertise in Microsoft Windows Server (2012 R2 – 2022) and related services, including IIS, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Cluster technologies Minimum 2 years of experience in Active Directory installation, configuration, and management Hands-on experience in VMware environments, including design, implementation, troubleshooting, and capacity planning Experience with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 administration Experience in server room hardware installation and management Strong knowledge of Fortinet products and solutions Experience in creating and managing user profiles and environments At least 2 years of experience with backup solutions (e.g., Veeam or similar) and participation in business continuity projects Strong knowledge of server, storage, and backup systems, including capacity planning, design, and optimization Familiarity with security standards and hardening policies Preferably holding relevant Microsoft or Linux certifications Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (able to follow technical training and documentation) Strong interpersonal skills, team-oriented mindset, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate) for developing business applications and automating business processes is preferred The Privacy Notice regarding the processing of your personal data collected through your application to this job posting is available at the following link; https://www.argela.com.tr/tr/priva cy/
