• Excellent understanding of process design, documentation and implementation

• Ability to manage in a fast paced, ever changing environment
• Comfortable interacting with/presenting to all levels of management
• Ability to tolerate ambiguity while continuously moving forward
• Customer focused mentality
• Ability to assist with headcount forecasting as applicable
