The Role We are hiring a Customs Clearance & Logistics Specialist based in Sancaktepe, Istanbul to support our import/export operations in Turkey. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on ensuring smooth customs documentation and logistics coordination for SANY's machinery shipments. Responsibilities Document Preparation & Customs Support Assist in preparing import/export customs documents (e.g., commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading) to ensure accuracy and compliance with Turkish customs regulations. Logistics Tracking & Coordination Monitor international shipments, communicate with freight forwarders and carriers, and provide timely updates on cargo status; help resolve issues during transit. Data Entry & System Maintenance Enter logistics and customs data into the ERP system; maintain organized records for easy tracking and retrieval. Internal & External Communication Support daily communication with customs brokers, warehouses, and suppliers; assist in filing and archiving logistics-related documents. Requirements Mandatory Fluent English for effective communication with HQ and Chinese teams. Associate degree or higher in Logistics, International Trade, Business, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in customs, logistics, or international trade; fresh graduates with relevant internships will be considered. Basic understanding of customs procedures and documentation; willingness to learn Turkish customs regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and teamwork spirit. Preferred Chinese proficiency. Experience with ERP systems. Why SANY?
