# Customer Support Intern

Our client is a fast-growing textile company with a strong presence in both e-commerce and in-store retail. With a growing store network alongside its digital channels, the business continues to expand across multiple sales channels and international markets. We are looking for an intern to support our customer service team. Responsibilities: Observe and learn the customer service team's daily workflow. Respond to basic customer inquiries (order status, shipment tracking, return/exchange processes, etc.) when the primary team member is on leave. Log incoming messages and requests accurately in the relevant system/panel. Escalate complex or priority issues to the appropriate person. Assist with simple support tasks as assigned by the team. Qualifications: Student or recent graduate in a relevant field (Business, Communications, Public Relations, etc.). Clear and courteous communication skills. Basic proficiency in computer/office programs. Ability to adapt to flexible working hours (available to step in when needed). Eager to learn, responsible, and reliable.
