# Customer Service Supervisor

Exceptional company in South Franklin involved in manufacturing industry has an immediate opening for an Experienced Customer Service Supervisor due to recent advancement of previous Supervisor! Excellent Direct Hire opportunity in a business casual environment with great benefits! In this role you will be leading a team of Customer Service Specialists and performing duties to include:
• Implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying customer service trends and determining system improvements
• Meets customer service financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Determines customer service requirements by maintaining contact with customers
• Improves customer service quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; establishing and communicating service metrics; monitoring and analyzing results; implementing changes. We are seeking a candidate with at least three years of Customer Service Management/Supervisory experience and a strong track record of results. This position is looking to pay $ 50,000.00 to $56,000.00 based on experience.
