Full Stack Engineer

Job Description We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with strong engineering fundamentals, sound technical judgment, and a product mindset to help build our AI-powered products, including ChatBoss. You will own features end-to-end across web applications, backend services, system integrations, and data workflows. Note on our tech stack: We care more about strong fundamentals than specific tools, though familiarity with our core stack (TypeScript, React, NestJS/Node.js, Python/FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and Docker) will help you ramp up faster. Skills & Requirements 3+ years of experience building and maintaining production software across frontend and backend (CS/SE degree or equivalent practical experience). Strong programming fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, async execution) and ability to evaluate architectural trade-offs for scalability, performance, and maintainability. Solid grasp of web technologies (HTTP, browser behavior, state management, responsive UI, frontend performance) and backend API design with clear service boundaries. Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL (data modeling, transactions, indexing, query optimization). Practical understanding of application security (auth, input validation, sensitive data handling) and modern delivery workflows (Git, CI/CD, Docker, automated testing, debugging). Effective use of AI-assisted development: breaking down problems, providing context, and critically verifying generated code for correctness, security, and maintainability. Strong ownership and communication skills to clarify requirements and drive features from design through release. Benefits Opportunity to work with experienced engineers, researchers, and academics. Support for master’s and PhD studies. Training opportunities in artificial intelligence and machine learning. Competitive performance-based compensation. Private health insurance, MultiNet meal card, birthday leave, and flexible benefits. DataBoss A.Ş.
