Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Kocaeli, responsible for driving sales of truck spare parts and building long-term customer relationships. Day-to-day activities include identifying customer needs, recommending appropriate parts and solutions, preparing quotations, and managing the sales cycle from inquiry to delivery. The role involves maintaining regular communication with existing clients, prospecting new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely fulfillment. The Sales Specialist will also monitor market trends, support pricing and promotion initiatives, and provide product information and basic training to customers to enhance their buying experience. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with clients and internal stakeholders. Candidates should possess proven Sales capabilities, including negotiation, lead follow-up, and closing skills in a B2B environment. Candidates should possess Sales Management and Training skills to support account development, guide customers on product use, and contribute to team performance. Experience in automotive or truck spare parts, or related industrial sectors, is highly beneficial. Ability to work on-site in Kocaeli, manage multiple accounts, and use CRM or sales tracking tools effectively. Basic proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with inventory or ERP systems is an advantage. A vocational diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Technology, or a related field is preferred.
