Financial Analyst

Financial Analyst Location: Brentwood, TN Schedule: Hybrid, onsite Tuesday and Thursday Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: Financial Analyst: $75,000 to $85,000 annually LHH is partnering with a growing healthcare services organization seeking a Financial Analyst or Senior Financial Analyst to join its FP&A team. This position will provide financial support for an assigned business segment and partner closely with operations, sales, and senior leadership. Responsibilities Lead budgeting, forecasting, and weekly and monthly financial reporting Analyze performance against budget and prior-year results Identify key financial and operational variance drivers Support contract pricing, renegotiations, and financial projections Develop financial models for new business opportunities Prepare leadership presentations and business review materials Compile, clean, analyze, and present financial and operational data Recommend opportunities to improve pricing, staffing, costs, and profitability Support annual budgeting and third-party billing analysis Complete ad hoc financial analysis for management Serve as a finance partner to operational and sales leaders Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Financial Analyst: Approximately 1 to 2 years of relevant experience Strong Excel skills, including lookup functions, SUMIFS, pivot tables, data cleanup, and financial modeling Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with accuracy Strong organization, communication, and follow-through Ability to work independently and keep business partners informed Experience supporting an operations-driven business preferred Healthcare industry experience preferred but not required PeopleSoft, Salesforce, Qlik Sense, Tableau, or Power BI experience is a plus Benefits Full-time colleagues may be eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k); PTO accrual; paid holidays; and parental leave.
