Head of Finance & Administration We are looking for an experienced finance professional to join our international client’s leadership team for the plant manufacturing operations at Gebze. The Head of Finance & Administration will be responsible for financial, accounting, administrative, HR and operational alignment with the business strategy while overseeing all aspects of business, plant & commercial operations, developing annual budgets, present financial dashboard to the EXCOM and to the HQ. Supporting development of the team members and operations will be key to the role’s success. Job Description Provides leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives. Providing timely and accurate analysis and reporting of financials, consolidating and reporting. Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets with respect to financial trends and economic climate. Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance, Accounting, HR and Operational functions of the organization. Have a primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company. Direct responsibility for legal processes and asset management. Establish and maintain strong relationships with the EXCOM and the HQ so as to identify their needs and seek full range of business solutions. Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities. Provide effective internal controls to ensure continuous compliance with company global guidelines and identify risks. Compliance with local tax and finance regulations in all aspects. Maintain relations with external auditors and investigate their findings and full fill recommendations. Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts. Maintain banking relationships and managing treasury. Promote finance excellence through automation, simplification, and process optimization. Contribute to sales financial analysis General Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field, Masters degree is a plus, 10-15 years of experience in finance, accounting, HR and administration in international contexts At least 5 years of N-1 leadership roles with people management responsibilities, A strong, proven working knowledge of Turkish GAAP Knowledge of IFRS, financial control and cash flow management, Knowledge of SAP and CPA qualification is an asset,, Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, Strong communication, interpersonal skills and problem solving with the ability to manage complexity and prioritie Hands on and serving leadership attitude, with the ability to develop people and drive accountability Proven stakeholder management skills across functions and geographies Exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses, High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation. Have a creative and agile approach for business projects
