Financial Controlling & Reporting

We are looking for a team member to work in the Financial Controlling & Reporting position in our Accounting & Controlling department ! He/She will be reporting to Accounting & Controlling Head. Key Responsibilities Prepare and present financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local regulations (BDDK) Ensure timely and accurate monthly reporting, including operational reporting Perform data validation and financial analysis to ensure accuracy of reporting Contribute to strategic planning, forecasting, and long-term financial projections (Financial planning and analysis) Preparation and management of key financial KPIs (Including Opex planning and analysis) Maintain and continuously improve reporting processes, controls, documentation and data warehouse controls Contribute to financial controls and the Internal Control System (ICS) framework Preparation of/support for the year-end and interim financial audit reports Provide insights to management and stakeholders to support business decisions and performance improvement Qualifications University degree in a relevant discipline Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, controlling, or reporting Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, and accounting principles Experience in financial services sector is highly preferred Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel); experience with SAP is a strong asset Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities Excellent communication and presentation skills Fluent in English (written and spoken) We are committed to diversity, equality and inclusion.
