Assists in making the employee's work schedules, taking into account fair distribution of tasks, consistency and expected efficiency. Prepares relevant annual performance reports for the Housekeeping Attendant. Handles guest requests or complaints quickly and effectively and informs the Housekeeping Manager about the complaints. Qualifications Good command of English, At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, Good communication and organizational skills. Successful in team management.
