AI Engineer

As part of our digital transformation journey, we are looking for an AI Engineer to design and develop AI-powered solutions that enhance operational efficiency, support data-driven decision-making, and create innovative digital experiences across Memorial Healthcare Group. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will leverage Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and intelligent automation technologies to deliver scalable solutions with measurable business impact. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence Engineering, or a related field, At least 3 years of professional software development experience, Proficiency in Python or another modern programming language, Hands-on experience developing applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), Experience with Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agent architectures, Model Context Protocol (MCP), Function Calling, and Tool Calling, Experience developing REST APIs and integrating third-party services, Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, or similar AI platforms and foundation models, Familiarity with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, or similar technologies, Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, vector databases, embedding technologies, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, and CI/CD practices, Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar platforms, Strong understanding of software architecture, Clean Code, SOLID principles, and design patterns, Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills, Proficiency in English, with the ability to read and understand technical documentation. What You'll Be Responsible For Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications that support enterprise business processes, Build scalable AI solutions using LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI Agent architectures, Integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise applications and digital platforms, Evaluate emerging AI technologies and drive their adoption across the organization, Optimize the performance, reliability, and scalability of AI solutions while contributing to engineering standards and best practices, Collaborate with product, technology, and business teams to identify AI use cases, deliver business value, and contribute to knowledge sharing across the engineering organization.
