Section Principal (High School Boys)

Huda Schools is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and dedicated High School Boys Section Principal to join our leadership team in Başakşehir, İstanbul. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Boys High School Section, ensuring high academic and behavioral standards. Supervise and support teachers to enhance teaching quality and student achievement. Foster a positive, safe, and disciplined learning environment. Monitor curriculum implementation and academic performance. Collaborate with school leadership, staff, students, and parents to promote continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Management/Administration or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Minimum of 10 years of experience in management, including leadership or administrative experience. Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in English and Turkish.
