Business Systems Analyst - Food Systemss

The Business Systems Analyst • Food Systems is responsible for the technical components and system capabilities and functions at Circle K in relation to our QSR business. This role partners with functional stakeholders representing Food strategy and production and QSR Relations functions as well the Food Product Manager to define a prioritized roadmap, and concurrently works with technical resources within and outside the company to plan and deliver new capabilities and support QSR technical issues and deployments. The role resides in the North America Food Applications team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: The position includes, but is not limited to, the following essential job duties, responsibilities, and requirements: • Acts as a liaison between the QSR business team and the Food Applications and Circle K network, infrastructure, and support teams. • Acts as a liaison between the Franchiser and the Circle K infrastructure and support teams. • Manage and assess technical change requests from the Food team and coordinates with the relevant CK teams to facilitate the implementation of the change requests • Maintains the QSR Database, including a repository of QSR technical documentation including hardware and network diagrams and asset lifecycle tracking for each QSR location, basic understanding of technical components and maintenance processes. • Monitors all QSR technical tickets/requests • Acts as an escalation point for tickets without timely resolution. • Facilitates communication of upcoming Food projects that will need support and provides that information into the financial planning calendar for the Director • Acts as Project Manager for smaller projects and coordinates with PM on larger projects to ensure successful project delivery • Ability to understand technical architecture of the QSR in relation to the Circle K store. • Delivery: The business applications analyst manages the technical delivery of improvements and works with operations to implement the capabilities effectively. JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business). • Proven experience as a Business Applications Analyst, preferably in a technical domain. • Strong understanding of QSR/Convenience store hardware and technical architecture (hardware, network, firewall, POS, payments, etc) • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear directives for development teams. • Ability to effectively drive people, process, and technology change in a dynamic and complex operating environment • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with IT teams and business stakeholders, including facilitating discussions between technical and business staff All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
