Main Responsibilities Provides helpdesk support to the bank’s staff Monitor the user request/incident coming to helpdesk in different channels including helpdesk line, email and helpdesk portal Follow up tickets in helpdesk tool, generate statistic report periodically and report to Head of IT Department Monitors the events of IT infrastructure and applications and regularly reviews their current status. Create incident ticket in helpdesk tool and follow-up the process of incident Monitoring, maintaining and troubleshooting all hardware and software Creates daily shift reports/minutes for IT operations which have been successfully passed and reports the same to the IT Service Manager. Manually manages failing operations. In case of any error, informs the IT Service Manager, creates an incident ticket and ensures the central monitoring of the process Managing IT contracts and licenses, including tracking, adding, and removing records through Service Desk applications Operate the application release publish tool Physical installation System and application operation according to manual/guidance/plan determined by process owners Physical environment system monitoring and control Banking End of Day operation Fixed asset counting, labeling and recording. Managing IT assets through their lifecycle from acquisition to disposal Supporting the purchasing team for all IT-related matters Periodically onsite check IT devices running status and warning in Office and Data Centers. Physical tape operation in tape liberties Daily monitoring of backup jobs. Windows Update management of Desktops Windows Desktop backup / restore /encrypting NAC operation Following new technologies and integrating them into our company Desired Skills & Experience University degree in Computer Science or related majors At least 2 years of related and / or cross functional experience in industry Experience in at least one ITSM tool Good written and verbal communication skills Medium level of spoken and written English Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time in a dynamic environment
