We are now looking for a motivated and committed Territory Manager to join our Sales Team in Istanbul . Key Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience in Medtech, preferably in capital equipment sales. Experience in export sales and distributor management is a strong advantage. Advanced proficiency in English is required. Russian will be an asset. Strong analytical mindset with a proactive, results-oriented, and quality-driven approach. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and healthcare institutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Valid B-class driving license and willingness to travel frequently within assigned territories. No military obligation for male candidates. Main Responsibilities Account Management Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing distributors and customers. Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring customer satisfaction. Develop and implement effective territory plans to maximize coverage and achieve growth targets. Support and guide distributors to align with Getinge’s commercial strategy and objectives. Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and business reviews. Product & Technical Expertise Deliver product training and demonstrations when required. Support preparation of technical specifications and configurations based on customer requirements Collaboration & Compliance Work closely with internal teams (Service, Regulatory, Logistics) to ensure smooth business operations. Monitor, analyze, and report on sales activities and market trends, providing accurate forecasts. Ensure full compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and local regulations in all business activities.
