Finance Manager

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to manage Lidya’s accounting, tax and finance operations. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Turkish accounting and tax practices, banking operations, investment incentive applications and SAP usage, particularly across SAP FI, CO, TRM and MM modules. Key Responsibilities Manage daily accounting operations, month-end and year-end closing processes. Ensure compliance with Turkish tax and statutory reporting requirements. Oversee VAT, withholding tax, provisional tax, corporate tax, e-invoice, e-archive and e-ledger processes. Manage banking operations, payment processes, bank reconciliations, treasury transactions and cash flow tracking. Use SAP effectively for accounting, cost controlling, treasury, purchasing-related financial processes, reporting and reconciliations. Support investment incentive processes, including incentive certificate follow-up, eligible expenditure tracking, documentation, reporting and compliance requirements. Prepare regular management reports, cash flow forecasts and budget versus actual analyses. Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax advisors, public authorities and other external stakeholders. Support selected Artmin-related finance matters, including project cost tracking, payment planning, procurement-related financial follow-up and intercompany reconciliations. Improve internal controls, documentation discipline and financial reporting processes. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field. Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in accounting, tax, treasury or finance management. Strong knowledge of Turkish accounting standards, tax legislation and statutory reporting requirements. Hands-on experience in banking operations, payments, cash flow management, treasury processes and reconciliations. Experience in investment incentive applications, incentive certificate processes and related compliance/reporting requirements. Strong SAP experience is required, preferably across SAP FI, CO, TRM and MM modules. Advanced MS Excel skills. Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset and reporting discipline. Ability to communicate effectively with management, banks, advisors, public authorities and internal teams. SMMM qualification is preferred. Experience in group companies, project-based businesses, mining, construction, energy or industrial operations is an advantage. Big Four audit, tax or advisory experience is an advantage.
