Qualifications: Minimum 7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial control roles In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with UFRS/TFRS, IFRS 17 , and IAS 29 Strong understanding of insurance accounting and key financial indicators in the insurance sector Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel ; experience with Power BI or other reporting tools is a strong plus Excellent command of English , both written and spoken Experience with financial systems such as Oracle and Tagetik is preferred Big Four background is a plus Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field Excellent communication and presentation abilities Highly motivated team player with a proactive mindset; capable of taking initiative and making decisions while effectively planning and organizing multiple tasks Job Description: Prepare financial reports in accordance with UFRS/TFRS and ensure compliance with IFRS, particularly IFRS 17 and IAS 29 Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance analysis and variance reporting Support budgeting and forecasting processes; conduct deviation analyses and performance tracking Provide data-driven insights using advanced Excel models and reporting tools such as Power BI Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audit processes Contribute to financial system improvements and digital transformation initiatives Ensure data accuracy and integrity in financial systems (e.g., Oracle, Tagetik) Take an active role in management meetings, conference calls, and strategic business projects Work closely with senior management and international stakeholders Review financial results in accordance with local GAAP and IFRS standards Prepare regular and ad-hoc financial reports and presentations for internal and external audiences Support implementation of group and local financial policies Contribute to the development and enhancement of the internal control environment Lead or support special projects assigned by company management What Awaits You at Bupa?
