Role: Impacted Application Lead Salary : no constraint for the right candidate. Location: Alpharetta,GA Full time or contract opportunity available. Job Summary: The Impacted Application Lead is responsible for the service transition activities related to applications impacted by Program Hexaware’s solution deliverables. The main activities are to lead a team of transition managers which assure the smooth ongoing operation and support of the application landscape affected by the new global model and in future by localization requirements to the Operational support. This role will deliver against the transition scope and plan for the Hexaware program, a program which is delivering global extended service offerings for HEXAWARE end users through the implementation of SAP. These extended service offerings include, though are not limited to, end to end operational process, Non Standard Support Models, and process changes to existing applications as a result of the programs deliverables.. Job Requirements: Education: (What is the minimum level of education needed/suggested to perform this job?)
• A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline; or equivalent work experience Experience: (What is minimum number of years needed/suggested to perform this job?)
• 5 to 10 years in a corporate IT environment
• 3 to 5 years experience in transition management or related process management field (application development, change management, deployment or release management)
• Work experience in a professional services industry, preferred Certification Requirements: (Describe and explain any certifications and/or licenses needed or helpful to perform this job).
• ITILv3 Expert qualified preferred
• ITILv3 Service Transition Lifecycle Qualified is advantageous
• Project management certification is advantageous (PMI/CAPM or PMP, PRINCE2)
