Salesforce Project Manager Overview We are looking for an IT Strategist / Project Manager to help drive planning and execution across our Salesforce environment. This is not a hands-on configuration role; more about leading projects, aligning stakeholders, and keeping delivery on track using structured agile methodology. Responsibilities Lead planning and execution of projects within or touching the Salesforce org Operate within an Agile framework, supporting sprint-based or iterative delivery as needed Coordinate across business stakeholders, admins/developers, and leadership to keep priorities aligned Translate business goals into structured project plans and roadmaps Track progress, manage risks, and remove blockers for the delivery team Report on status and outcomes to leadership Requirements Experience leading technical or platform projects, ideally within a Salesforce environment Solid grasp of Agile/Scrum methodology; SAFe experience a plus Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Comfortable operating at both strategic (roadmap) and tactical (sprint) levels Nice to Have Scrum Master or SAFe certification (CSM, SAFe Agilist, etc.) Prior experience working alongside a Salesforce admin/dev team PMP or similar project management certification All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
