# E-Commerce Manager

Agakulche is the e-commerce brand of AgaOne Commodities , offering precious metals and gold products to customers through digital sales channels. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager who will lead our end-to-end e-commerce operations, drive commercial performance, enhance customer experience, and ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration. JOB DESCRIPTION The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for managing Agakulche's daily e-commerce operations, improving commercial performance, and supporting the company's sustainable growth objectives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the end-to-end operational and commercial activities of the e-commerce website. Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales performance. Manage product information, category structure, content, pricing, and inventory processes. Coordinate order management, shipping, invoicing, returns, and customer service operations. Plan and execute campaigns, product launches, seasonal promotions, and special marketing activities in collaboration with relevant teams. Monitor website and marketplace performance through key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue, conversion rate, average order value (AOV), traffic, customer acquisition, and customer retention, and implement improvement initiatives. Collaborate closely with Logistics, Finance, Product Management, Digital Marketing, Information Technology, and Customer Service teams to ensure operational excellence. Coordinate with digital marketing agencies, monitor campaign performance, and identify optimization opportunities. Lead user experience (UX) improvement initiatives and contribute to conversion rate optimization (CRO) projects. Coordinate the resolution of operational and technical issues affecting website performance. Analyze website performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and other analytical tools, and prepare regular management reports. Monitor e-commerce trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify business improvement opportunities. Lead initiatives that improve operational efficiency and enhance the overall customer experience. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of experience in e-commerce, digital commerce, or online retail. Proven experience in e-commerce operations, website management, and online sales processes. Experience in the jewelry, precious metals, luxury goods, or retail sectors is preferred. Hands-on experience with SAP Commerce Cloud, Shopify, Magento, or similar e-commerce platforms. Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and e-commerce performance metrics. Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, CRM, and email marketing. Experience in campaign management, product merchandising, category management, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Experience managing online marketplaces (e.g., Trendyol, Hepsiburada, Amazon) is an advantage. Strong analytical and reporting skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Experience in project management, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. Strong analytical mindset with a commercial perspective and the ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication, planning, organizational, and teamwork skills. Good command of English is preferred.
