Maintenance Technician, Senior Living

Walker Methodist Health Center is recruiting for two Maintenance Technicians to complete maintenance work orders and respond to building emergencies. Full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Rotating weekends and on-call responsibilities. High school diploma or equivalent Three years experience in physical plant maintenance or related field Current Minnesota drivers license and good driving record Working knowledge of HVAC system maintenance and repairs, electrical/plumbing repairs and house, janitorial/housekeeping equipment, products and supplies Current Minnesota Special Class Boilers License or ability to obtain within four months of hire Ability to work independently, organized and attend to detail in a timely manner Interest in regularly working near older adults Ability to live Walker Methodists Customer Service Principles Ability to embrace Walker Methodists Mission: Life.
