The Senior Art Directo r plays a key leadership role in the creative team and is an active contributor of ideas and creative solutions. The ideal candidate comes from a creative/design background with 6+ years working experience conceptualizing, designing and delivering creative assets in a fast-paced and dynamic agency environment. As a key driver for creative excellence, the Senior Art Director supports the Creative Director in leading the team to come up with idea-driven creative solutions to the most challenging briefs. Job Description We are looking for a talented Senior Art Director to join our creative team. The ideal candidate is a graduate of a Faculty of Fine Arts or a related discipline, with a passion for creating impactful visual solutions for global brands. As a key member of the creative team, you will transform ideas into compelling creative work while contributing to the strategic and artistic direction of projects. You are expected not only to execute briefs but also to challenge, refine, and elevate them with fresh perspectives and innovative thinking. About The Job Collaborate with Copywriters and the broader creative team to develop strong creative concepts and visual solutions. Interpret, challenge, and enhance creative briefs to deliver impactful ideas. Create high-quality visual assets and campaigns for local and international brands. Use Adobe Creative Suite and AI-powered creative tools effectively throughout the creative process. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high creative standards. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated creative solutions. Contribute proactively to the agency's creative excellence through innovative ideas and outstanding execution. About You Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Hands-on experience using AI-powered creative tools to enhance ideation and production. A proactive mindset with the ability to question, develop, and improve creative briefs. Strong organizational skills with excellent project follow-up. Ability to manage deadlines effectively in a fast-paced agency environment.
