Key Responsibilities Develop detailed financial analysis, forecasts, models, and reporting to support strategic business decisions. Serve as a trusted finance business partner to senior leadership, providing insights, recommendations, and objective financial perspectives. Support budgeting and forecasting processes while analyzing financial and operational performance, trends, and variances. Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate reporting, enhance data quality, and increase efficiency across finance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a related finance role.
