Job Responsibilities Possess strong knowledge and experience in Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems . Plan, coordinate, and manage corrective, preventive, predictive, periodic, and planned maintenance activities. Lead and manage major maintenance shutdown (turnaround) projects. Coordinate electrical and mechanical maintenance teams, providing technical leadership while managing workforce planning, resource allocation, and maintenance operations. Perform root cause analyses of electrical, mechanical, automation, and process-related failures in production lines and implement sustainable corrective actions. Develop maintenance strategies that ensure production continuity, prepare maintenance plans, monitor maintenance KPIs, and lead continuous improvement initiatives while making sound technical decisions. Manage spare parts and inventory processes, and lead technical improvement, modernization, and capacity enhancement projects to increase equipment reliability, availability, and overall performance.
