# Team Leader Mechanical

Team Leader Mechanical The Role Delivers mechanical engineering outputs on time and with high quality, while providing functional leadership to a team of mechanical engineers. Combines hands-on engineering with team coordination across project activities. Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate daily mechanical engineering activities Support project planning, scheduling, and reporting processes Review and validate mechanical engineering deliverables Perform complex mechanical design and modelling (piping, HVAC, cable trays) Prepare drawings, calculations, and technical documentation Coordinate outsourced engineering activities Generate workshop information and support production and commissioning Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Minimum 5 years of relevant experience Strong knowledge of yacht mechanical systems and engineering processes Experience with Cadmatic Outfitting and AutoCAD Good command of English Other Requirements Based in or willing to relocate to Antalya Willing to travel abroad No military obligation (for male candidates) Recruiter Burcu Gökçek Email burcu.gokcek@damen.com Please apply through the Apply Button.
