Production Shift Engineer

About the Role We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Production Shift Engineer to join our manufacturing operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing production activities during assigned shifts while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and productivity standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and SAP. Willingness to work in a shift-based system. Fluent English is a must. Responsibilities Manage and supervise production operations during assigned shifts. Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved. Monitor process performance and implement corrective actions when necessary. Coordinate with production, maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams. Prepare shift reports and analyze operational performance. Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and occupational safety requirements. Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence projects.
