HR Business Partner, MEA&CIS Region

Job Summary This role will serve as the primary HR partner for GloMatrix businesses across MEA & CIS Region (the Middle East and Africa). He/ She will work closely with regional and country business leaders and the GloMatrix HR team to understand business priorities and translate them into effective people and organizational solutions. Core Responsibilities Understands the regional market dynamics of Medtech and business needs from GloMatrix and works closely with HR Director to shape HR and talent management strategies for the MEA&CIS region. Collaborates with HR leadership team from HQ to implement HR strategies including but not limited to talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, employee engagement. Collaborates with the HR leadership team from HQ to roll out MicroPort core values, culture elements and any other critical people-related initiatives to the regions. Works with Regional VPs on shaping and managing annual plan of HCs and consistently improves resources efficiency and effectiveness and develop the scalability for each region. Support the implementation of regional HR policies and processes, and coordinates with internal teams and external providers on key HR operations, including payroll and employee administration. Work with Corporate Legal/Compliance team to address any employee relationship or compliance issues Qualifications Bachelor or above degree in Human Resources, Business Management or a related field. 3+ years of experience in HRBP roles, with at least 2 years in healthcare field. Proven track record of enabling business growth as a HR BP or TASpecialist. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees across different levels and cultures. Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and act on complex business data. Fluent in English.
