Role Overview This position is responsible for delivering world-class onboard hospitality and ensuring every aspect of the guest experience reflects luxury service standards. The successful candidate will manage guest-facing services, support housekeeping operations, maintain immaculate living spaces, and work closely with the yacht crew to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. We are looking for a hospitality professional who demonstrates exceptional service quality, adaptability, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. The yacht operates throughout the year and may travel internationally according to the owner's schedule. Therefore, flexibility, professionalism, and the ability to work in an international luxury environment are essential for success in this role. What You Will Be Responsible For Guest Experience Welcoming guests onboard with warmth, professionalism, and discretion Ensuring guests' daily needs are anticipated and fulfilled promptly Delivering personalized luxury service throughout each voyage Maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction while protecting guest privacy Creating memorable onboard experiences through outstanding hospitality Food & Beverage Service Delivering professional food and beverage service in accordance with luxury hospitality standards Preparing dining areas and maintaining elegant table presentation Assisting with meal service and ensuring seamless dining experiences Housekeeping Operations Maintaining guest cabins and all common areas to impeccable standards Supporting laundry, ironing, linen care, and housekeeping duties Ensuring cleanliness, organization, and presentation across all onboard spaces Daily Yacht Operations Collaborating closely with the captain and yacht crew during daily operations Supporting operational tasks required for guest trips Contributing to a professional, collaborative, and service-oriented onboard environment What We Are Looking For Professional Competencies Passion for luxury hospitality and guest satisfaction Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail Professional appearance and impeccable personal presentation Positive attitude, flexibility, and proactive approach Ability to work effectively as part of a multicultural team High level of responsibility, confidentiality, and discretion Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in yachting, luxury hotels, aviation, private villas, fine dining, or other premium hospitality environments Good command of English (additional languages are considered an advantage) Experience serving international and VIP guests Ability to thrive in a fast-paced luxury service environment Based in Bodrum or willing to relocate Additional Requirements This opportunity is intended for non-Turkish nationals. Candidates must hold a valid passport and be eligible to travel internationally. The successful candidate will be expected to work year-round , including the winter season. The yacht may travel internationally based on the owner's schedule, with destinations including Monaco, Italy, and the United States . Flexibility to travel for extended periods and adapt to different locations is essential. Previous international yachting or luxury hospitality experience will be considered a strong advantage.
