Job Overview for Day Warehouse Associate: Receiving/ Operating PIT Responsibilities (80%) Receive and rehandling cases to meet Ti/Hi specifications. Stocking and putting away pallets of product. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse Put away incoming product while rotating stock according to organizational standards Selection Responsibilities (20%) Ability to select product for will call and or sales reps during high volume receiving days. Demonstrate attention to detail buy evaluating produce quality, by ensuring the quality of products off loaded onto the dock. QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively. 1 year of receiving experience preferred. Ability to operate a standup PIT and tools and willingness to become certified operating a forklift. Ability to lift 40-60 pounds and move on & off equipment regularly. Must have manual dexterity and be able to lift 70 lbs safely, reach product as tall as 6 feet and work standing up for 8+ hours per day.
