Lead HVAC Technician

Electric Air is building a modern home climate company. We install heat pumps across the Bay Area and have developed our own heat pump product platform, Redwood, designed around simpler retrofits, thoughtful design, and a better homeowner experience. Electric Air combines: • real-world HVAC operations • product development • software and technology • design and branding • customer experience We seek a highly skilled and motivated lead HVAC technician to spearhead our installations and help build our technician team.
