Requirements Resident in Ankara, Bachelor’s degree from related departments, Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Retail, Excellent command of English and MS Office programs, Strong demonstration of the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively, Excellent communication and negotiation skills, No restriction to travel. Job Description Field Operations To set up and open stores for the Retail Stores to be opened. To ensure coordination between stores and relevant departments in the head office (HR-IT-Logistics-Audit-Finance-Education-Marketing etc.). Plan and perform regular visits to retail stores. To follow the process of safe operation of the retail stores team and the transfer of the daily sales amount to the bank. Create a work program for retail stores to maintain store processes correctly and follow up the program. By controlling the visual arrangements of retail stores, informing the team accordingly and ensuring the continuity of the arrangement. Inform the team about all campaigns, discounts, new products, etc. for retail stores. Ensuring stock control of retail stores by cooperating with the team, being responsible for stock increase and reduction. Performance Management To evaluate the performance of retail stores. Managing the monthly-yearly targets, KPI values and LFL development process of these stores. To ensure that retail stores reach their monthly and annual sales targets and better results. Talent Management Being responsible with HR for the recruitment and development of the employee who will work with her/him. Plan and coordinate the training processes of employees working in existing stores and staff who will be assigned in new stores that will be opened with the training department. Customer Experience Manage and resolve customer complaints for retail stores, and inform the relevant departments. At Flormar, every new day is an opportunity to learn, discover and shine!
