Role Description The Senior Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Phoenix, AZ, responsible for leading commercial construction projects from planning through completion. This position oversees scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and resource allocation to ensure project milestones are met safely, on time, and within scope. Daily responsibilities include managing project documentation, directing field teams, monitoring quality and inspections, resolving issues, and maintaining clear communication with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders. The Senior Project Manager will also review drawings and specifications, track material deliveries, identify risks, and implement process improvements to support operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in project management for commercial construction, including planning, scheduling, and budget oversight. Experience with expediting and expeditor responsibilities, ensuring timely procurement of materials and coordination with suppliers. Skills in logistics management, including organizing deliveries, managing inventories, and optimizing workflows across multiple project sites. Background in inspection activities, quality control, and adherence to safety and building codes. Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with field and office personnel. Proficiency with project management software and standard construction documentation tools. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience in commercial contracting. Experience in interior and exterior specialty commercial construction in Arizona or similar markets is preferred.
