Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) – Rossville, Georgia Company: Northern Lights Behavioral Consulting, a Finni Health company Job Type: Full-time, Monday • Friday, 8:00 am • 3:00 pm Location: In-person – Rossville, Georgia Pay: $21 - $27/hour About the Role Northern Lights Behavioral Consulting, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to join our team in Rossville, Georgia. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children in their homes and school settings, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a meaningful impact on their development and daily life. What You'll Do Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child's home and school setting Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA Attend required team meetings and training sessions What We Offer Competitive hourly pay: $21 - $27/hour Training and support to obtain RBT certification Career growth opportunities within the ABA field Mileage reimbursement Health, dental, and vision insurance (for full-time employees) What You'll Need High school diploma or equivalent Experience working with children, including high-aggression clients (e.g., teens with severe behaviors) Passion for supporting children with special needs Reliable transportation Active RBT Certification CPR Training Early intervention experience (ages 2–6) (Required) School-based experience (Required) In-home experience (Required) Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to kneel, squat, crawl, sit, and stand for extended periods Comfortable engaging in play and physical activity with children About Us – Northern Lights Behavioral Consulting, a Finni Health Company Northern Lights Behavioral Consulting partners with Finni Health to provide compassionate, in-home and school-based ABA therapy.
