Le Suprême’s full-service bar will also offer a curated cocktail program and a selection of over 300 world-class wines and champagne.    Bar Rotunda, will serve as an all-day cafe and wine bar, with coffees, pastries, small plates, wine and cocktails offered at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Canopied by The Rotunda, Book Tower’s marble arched atrium and 100-year-old Kamper-glass skylight, the design and service are inspired by the grand cafés and venerable hotel bars of early twentieth-century Paris  Explore the concept: https://www.lesupremedetroit.com    About the Role  Servers play a key role in shaping the guest experience, delivering warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service from the moment guests are seated through the end of their visit. This role requires confidence, professionalism, and a genuine passion for hospitality. Ideal candidates are energetic, detail‑oriented, and thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑driven environment.  Key Responsibilities  Greet guests with warmth and guide them through the menu with thoughtful recommendations  Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages with polished, efficient service  Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials  Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and well‑maintained throughout service  Communicate clearly with the kitchen and bar teams to support smooth service flow  Process payments and handle guest interactions with professionalism and care  Uphold all sanitation, safety, and cleanliness standards  Contribute to opening, closing, and side‑work duties as assigned  Qualifications  Previous serving experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred  Strong communication skills and a guest‑first mindset  Ability to multitask and stay organized during high‑volume service  Positive attitude and collaborative spirit  Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods  Weekend and holiday availability preferred  What We Offer  Competitive hourly pay + tips  Opportunities for growth within Method Co.  A supportive, design‑driven work environment  Employee dining and hotel perks across our portfolio  Health, dental, vision benefits   Paid time off & vacation  Working Conditions/Environment:  The person having this position may have to stand and/or walk, push, kneel, bend, balance, squat, reach and stretch for eight (8) hours per day.
