• Brooklyn, NY Brooklyn, NY | Full-Time | On-Site Join a Growing Organization Supporting Legal and Operational Excellence Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services (LBAPS) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to support legal, compliance, and operational initiatives within our growing organization. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is skilled in documentation, case coordination, and legal support functions. The ideal candidate will assist with contracts, compliance-related matters, legal documentation, and coordination across departments to help ensure organizational efficiency and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Assist with preparing, reviewing, and organizing legal documents and contracts Support compliance initiatives and maintain accurate legal records Coordinate documentation and communication related to legal and operational matters Track deadlines, case updates, and required filings or documentation Collaborate with leadership and administrative teams on legal and compliance-related projects Maintain confidentiality and organization of sensitive information Assist with research and administrative legal support as needed Qualifications: Paralegal certification or prior legal experience preferred Strong organizational, documentation, and multitasking skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and professionally in a fast-paced environment Experience with contracts, compliance, or healthcare/legal administration is a plus What We Offer: Competitive compensation based on experience Opportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding organization Collaborative and professional work environment Meaningful work supporting healthcare and operational initiatives 📩 Apply today: resumes@lbaps.com
