WE ARE HIRING | CHANNEL DIRECTOR – ENTERPRISE INFRASTRUCTURE Türkiye & Middle East We are expanding our enterprise infrastructure software business across Türkiye and the Middle East and are looking for a senior Channel Director to build and lead our regional partner ecosystem. This is a strategic, hands-on role for someone who knows the virtualization, HCI, edge computing and enterprise infrastructure market — and, more importantly, knows how to build business through the channel. WHAT YOU WILL OWN • Build and execute the channel strategy for Türkiye and the Middle East • Recruit and develop distributors, system integrators, VARs and MSPs • Build a strong pipeline through partner-led enterprise opportunities • Develop relationships with CIOs, infrastructure teams and enterprise decision-makers • Create partner enablement, certification and joint GTM programs • Identify VMware migration and infrastructure modernization opportunities • Coordinate POCs, technical evaluations and enterprise projects with partners • Manage regional forecasts, pipeline and business reviews • Develop new territories and strategic alliances across the Middle East • Represent the business at industry events, partner meetings and executive engagements WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR • Minimum 10 years of VMware ecosystem experience • Strong background in virtualization, HCI, storage, cloud and data center technologies • Proven enterprise software/infrastructure sales experience • Deep understanding of the distributor–SI–VAR–MSP ecosystem • Strong existing relationships across Türkiye and ideally key Middle East markets • Experience developing business with large enterprise accounts • Ability to create a regional business from strategy through execution • Commercially driven, entrepreneurial and comfortable building new markets • Excellent Turkish and English • Willingness to travel extensively across the region This is not a maintenance role. We are looking for someone who can build a market, recruit the right partners, create pipeline and turn that ecosystem into sustainable regional revenue.
