We are currently seeking a talented “Global Technical Purchasing Senior Specialist ” to join our dynamic “Purchasing Department ” team. Based in “HQ, Istanbul ” this role will contribute to transformative projects under the Consumer Group. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in Technical Purchasing / Procurement. Advanced level of English (written and spoken). Hands-on experience with SAP and MS Office, particularly in cost analysis and reporting. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach. Results-driven mindset with excellent planning and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a global and cross-functional environment. Open-minded, eager to learn, and adaptable to a dynamic business environment. Experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract management is considered an asset. Job Description Managing end-to-end technical purchasing processes for MRO materials, spare parts, machinery, mechanical & electrical equipment, construction projects, and other technical categories. Executing local and global sourcing activities, including supplier identification, evaluation, negotiation, and selection. Leading tender processes, developing alternative sourcing strategies, and ensuring sustainable supplier relationships. Identifying and implementing cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality, service, and operational continuity. Preparing regular market analyses, procurement reports, and performance dashboards on weekly, monthly, and yearly basis. Conducting cost analyses to support strategic purchasing decisions and improve procurement efficiency. Managing the end-to-end contract preparation process and overseeing contract execution throughout the contract lifecycle. Coordinating purchasing activities with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient procurement operations. Collaborating closely with country purchasing teams and supporting global procurement initiatives as a member of the Headquarters Purchasing Strategy Team. Monitoring market trends, supplier performance, and industry developments to identify new sourcing opportunities and mitigate procurement risks.
